These Terms are supplemented by the max885 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific product rule expressly states otherwise.
All monetary amounts referenced on the platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Deposits to the max885 Wallet may be made via the approved payment methods available on the platform at the time of transaction, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Visa, and Mastercard. Approved methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of max885.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, max885 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits max885's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
max885's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
max885 may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Members.
Members may close their accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any balance remaining in the Wallet after the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
max885 reserves the right to retain any balance associated with an account that has been terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.
max885 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, max885 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms of the international gaming authority licence under which max885 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through max885's internal complaints procedure.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant international gaming authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from max885 support.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
